Compaction where no poker can reach
An external vibrator (formwork vibrator) transfers its vibration through the formwork into the concrete — the solution for dense rebar, narrow sections and architectural-concrete formwork where no poker head fits. Lievers external vibrators like the ETR 200/3 bolt to the formwork by foot mount and are built for continuous duty in precast plants.
Vibrating tables for precast and mould making
A vibrating table compacts concrete elements right in the mould: even, repeatable and hands-free — from the compact LTT 40/40 for workshops to the LTT 80/120 with 400 V three-phase power for precast production. Also the fastest route to bubble-free surfaces for terrazzo, concrete furniture and mould making.
How many external vibrators does my formwork need?
As a guide, one external vibrator works about 1.5–2 m in every direction. Stagger them over the formwork height, and size the number by element volume and consistency — send us your formwork dimensions and we'll lay out the vibrators in a short consultation.
Vibrating table or poker vibrator for precast?
For series production the table wins: constant quality independent of the operator, no poker marks on visible faces and much faster cycle times. The poker vibrator stays the flexible complement for special shapes and large one-offs.
