Battery-powered concrete machinery, factory-direct

Pour, compact and finish concrete without cables, fumes or generator noise. Lievers has built concrete compaction equipment in Mijdrecht (Holland) since 1954 and now offers its full range on battery power: the P18Li battery concrete vibrator, the K150Li and HAL200Li battery screeds and the LTM eGX battery power float with Honda 72 V battery technology. Buying factory-direct means stock from our own warehouse, a 24-month manufacturer's warranty and advice from the people who actually build the machines.

No fumes, no cables — approved for enclosed spaces

Where petrol engines are ruled out, battery machines take over: basements, underground car parks, tunnels and halls without extraction. Zero CO emissions, far quieter than combustion engines, and no trailing cable through fresh concrete. On sites without mains power, the battery simply replaces the generator.

The zero-emission range at a glance

The P18Li complete set in its L-Boxx compacts with 18 V batteries and poker heads of Ø 28, 38 or 45 mm. The K150Li strikes off slabs cordlessly, joined by the lightweight HAL200Li battery screed in a carry case. The LTM 600eGX and 750eGX trowel industrial floors emission-free with the Honda eGX 72 V drive.

How long does one battery charge last on site?

A full working day in typical use: compacting, screeding and floating happen in intervals, not continuous running. With the spare battery and fast charger included in the sets, you work without interruption — one battery charges while the other works.

Is a battery concrete vibrator as powerful as a corded or petrol model?

Per immersion point: yes. Vibration frequency and amplitude match the corded sister models — only the energy source differs. For continuous duty on very large pours the 42 V high-frequency system remains first choice; for everything else, battery is the most flexible option.
