ETR — compaction through the formwork

ETR external vibrators transfer their centrifugal force through the formwork into the concrete: from the compact ETR 65/3 (0.66 kN) up to models for heavy moulds. Bolted on by foot mount, three-phase powered, built for continuous duty in precast plants — and the answer wherever no poker head fits through the rebar.

How do I position external vibrators?

Staggered over the formwork height, with roughly 1.5–2 m working radius per unit. Send us your formwork dimensions — we'll lay out count and positions with you.

Do external vibrators need maintenance?

Hardly — the eccentric runs in permanently lubricated bearings. What matters is a tight bolted connection to stiff formwork; then the units run in rhythm for years.
