High-frequency convertors
Lievers high-frequency converters power 42 V poker vibrators with stable frequency and full output — electronic or conventional, for every site size.
Why a high-frequency converter?
High-frequency poker vibrators only reach their high compaction output with the right power supply: the converter transforms 230/400 V site power into 42 V safety extra-low voltage at 200 Hz. That means more safety around wet concrete, constant speed under load and a low-maintenance drive without carbon brushes in the poker itself.
HFO vs HFO-E
The classic HFO converters are electromechanical — practically indestructible and proven on job sites for decades. The electronic HFO-E converters are lighter, keep the frequency constant regardless of load, and suit mobile use with changing pokers.
How many pokers can I run on one converter?
That depends on the pokers' power draw: the sum of the pokers' rated currents must stay below the converter's rated current. You'll find the ratings in each product's technical data — or call us and we'll work it out with you in a minute.
Does Lievers equipment work with other brands?
42 V / 200 Hz systems are largely standardised; what matters is the plug type and rated current. As the manufacturer we can tell you exactly which combination works.
