Flat floors in a single pass
A vibrating screed (beam screed) combines striking off the concrete surface with near-surface compaction. The result: a closed, level surface that's the perfect base for power floating. Lievers builds the drive units and aluminium profiles in its own factory — you combine a drive with the profile length your site needs.
Battery, petrol or electric?
Battery (K150Li): cordless, quiet, zero-emission — for indoor work and sites without power. Petrol (K150): maximum independence outdoors. Electric (HAL200): constant running for halls and industrial floors. The Duoscreed carries two drives on one wide profile — big areas with a small crew.
Which profile length do I need?
Short profiles (1–2 m) for strip foundations and narrow bays, long profiles (up to 4.2 m) for floor slabs and industrial halls. Profiles are sold separately and swap without tools — one drive, any width.
Does a vibrating screed replace the poker vibrator?
No — it complements it. The screed compacts only the top few centimetres; from roughly 15–20 cm element thickness a poker vibrator belongs in the concrete as well. Together they deliver code-compliant compaction through the full cross-section.
